This training workshop was developed to create an opportunity for healthcare facilities and their response partners to improve their risk assessments and transition from hazard identification to plan and policy development in order to mitigate threats. This course serves as a “what’s next?” training for facilities and agencies that have completed an initial risk assessment or Hazard Vulnerability Analysis (HVA) and would like to determine next steps.
This course aims to attract participants who have awareness of their facility or agency’s risk assessment and/or HVA planning process. Participants will be asked to bring their HVA with them to the training.
