Communications Unit
Mission:
EHPC SMAT is capable of supporting mission critical communication needs on a local, regional and statewide basis. The unit consists of North Carolina credentialed AHIMT Communication Unit Leader and Communication Unit Technician positions. The team is capable of deploying for a minimum of seventy two hours in the support of IMT/incident/planned event support. The unit is equipped for all modes in a variety of portable platforms.
